because i am getting better at making veggie tacos
and also at learning food in german:

rapsol (which is low in bad cholesterol, or has good cholesterol, or doesn't have any cholesterol, or something); 1 scharf zweibel. Because everything worth eating starts with ol and zwiebel. nach: 1 Zucchini. 1 Paprika (gestern, war es rot). einige champignons, although i bet eierschwammerl might be really fucking tasty if they weren't fourteen euros a kilogram. (though, that would be delicious. i can picture it. in, um, my mouth, so whether or not that is still picturing it is open to interpretation.) oregano, cumin, cayenne, salz, pfeffer. wasser. simmer for longer than one might first assume. tomaten mit limonensaft und mehr salz. salat. kase (it's surprising how easy it is to get used to only having gouda, ever, because it is the only freely available non-soft cheese with understandable melting characteristics. Bergkase is just weird, and also doesn't melt properly, butterkase tastes funny, and everything else is swiss, which really doesn't go on a taco). bunt reis (gestern, gelbes; auch kann rotes oder braunes oder schwarzes oder vieles).

next step: Move away from the store-bought half-stale plastic bagged tortillas.
